Support
Support is provided through tickets. We usually respond within 12-24 business hours of your ticket submission. Please go to www.MajesticSupport.com/support to submit a ticket for assistance. Within 12-24 hours of your ticket submission, it will be answered and checked properly. If you wish to receive assistance for a Majestic Support plugin quickly, then you should provide detailed information of your website login credentials and server FTP login details if required for faster diagnosis and fix of Majestic Support product. Our technical support team works for Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm GMT + 05:30.
Terms Of Support
Under the term of Support, we provide updates and support for our products for 1 year. After one year, your support and update eligibility for the products will expire and you must renew it to continue receiving support and updates. This applies to all products purchased on our site unless specified otherwise in the product description.
Refunds
Majestic Support stands behind all our products and we want you to be satisfied with them. However, if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase. Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be honored. Renewals and extensions are non-refundable.Refund Eligibility: We will process your refund if our support team is unable to fix any bugs or technical issues with our products on your website. Refund will not be provided for issues caused by conflict with other third party plugins or themes unless specifically mentioned as compatible.
