  • Business Day” refers to any day (other than Saturday and Sunday) when ordinary banks are open for business.
  • Commencement Date” refers to the start date of the Services and these Terms and Conditions as specified in the Agreement.

These definitions and interpretations shall apply throughout these terms and conditions unless otherwise specified.

Services

Majestic Support provides a platform for users to receive support and assistance with their inquiries or concerns. We make no guarantees regarding the quality or accuracy of the support provided through the system.

Responsibility of Users

Users are responsible for their use of Majestic Support and for ensuring that their use complies with these terms and conditions. Users must not use Majestic Support for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that infringes on the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The content and design of Majestic Support, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users must not use or reproduce any of this content without our express written consent.

Copyright Disclaimer

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Majestic Support and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the sole property of Majestic Support, with copyright authorship for this collection held by Majestic Support and protected by international copyright laws. You are not permitted to resell any material obtained freely or through purchase without written permission from Majestic Support.

License and site access

Majestic Support grants you a limited license to access and use this site for personal purposes only; you may not download (other than for page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, without the express written consent of Majestic Support. This license excludes any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents, as well as any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Without the express written consent of Majestic Support, this site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. Without the express written consent of Majestic Support and our associates, you may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form). Without Majestic Support’s express written consent, you may not use any meta tags or other “hidden text” containing Majestic Support’s name or trademarks. Any unauthorized use terminates Majestic Support’s permission or license. Without express written permission, you may not use any of Majestic Support or the www.MajesticSupport.com logo, Registered Business Name, or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of a link, public or private video content, screencasts, personal blogs, or product endorsements.

Support

The support service is open from Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (GMT +5:00). Please use www.MajesticSupport.com/support/ to submit any support requests. Within 12 business hours of the initial contact, all support inquiries will be addressed. The purchase email will be used to support our products. Here is where you may find more details. All customers who have purchased our extensions via Majestic Support, www.MajesticSupport.com, are eligible for support. For up to 15 tickets, we provide free help for paid users. After then, the user must purchase paid support. Customers who have purchased our extensions other than Majestic Support www.MajesticSupport.com are not eligible for support from us. The source of the download or distribution of Majestic Support files violates our Copyright and Website License terms, and all matters will be investigated under international copyright laws if a customer is discovered to have downloaded or obtained any of Majestic Support’s products from another source.

Terms of support

Under the terms of support, we must be granted administrative access to the website or access via FTP to the server where our product was installed. We cannot provide support if a customer denies access to the website where our product was installed; therefore, any claims that our product is “not working” will be deemed null and void. If the client’s website has technical coding problems, defects, damage, or hosting problems not caused by Majestic Support, Majestic Support will not be able to offer support or fix the client’s website.

Refunds

Majestic Support stands behind all of our products, and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of our products. This is something we can guarantee. Majestic Support does not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Majestic Support will never issue refunds on the grounds that “your software is not what I need.
Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund. If you do find bugs, please report them so that we can fix them.

In the event of a mistaken purchase, please report this to our billing department using our ticketing system. In order to evaluate our products, please test them on our demo server.

Majestic Support reserves the right to approve refunds in the following cases only:

  • Upgrade to a different license type of the same product within 7 days of the purchase date
  • If the product was not downloaded, there was a purchase error

The refunded amount is subject to the following rules:

  • If the amount is below 35 USD, 5.5 USD is retained
  • If the amount is above 35 USD, 15% of the total amount is retained

For all other issues that don’t fall into the categories above, please contact our billing department using our ticketing system.

Your membership account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Majestic Support, www.MajesticSupport.com, and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Account/Service/Support termination

We at Majestic Support, www.MajesticSupport.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion. Accounts are terminated for the following reasons:

    • Repeated violations of the Terms and Conditions
    • A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior, threats, abuse, or spam)
    • Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc.)
  • At Majestic Support, we uphold a strict standard of respect and professionalism from our employees and business partners, and in return, we expect the same level of professionalism and respect from our customers. Any form of harassment, abuse, or threats will not be tolerated in our support area.

Upon termination of an account, all valid product license keys will be removed, and all support will be terminated.

Reviews, Comments, Emails, And Other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any other form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Majestic Support reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Majestic Support, www.MajesticSupport.com, and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensed right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Majestic Support, www.MajesticSupport.com, and its associates and sub-licensees, the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post: that the content is accurate: that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Majestic Support, www.MajesticSupport.com or its associates for all claims resulting from the content you supply. Majestic Support has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Majestic Support takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Downloads/Products

Products sold for download through www.MajesticSupport.com are the sole work of Majestic Support and are provided “as is” with no expressed or implied warranty or suitability claims. As the buyer, you accept all responsibility for all outcomes from installing and using the downloads sold through www.MajesticSupport.com by Majestic Support. Extensions sold at www.MajesticSupport.com are tested on the Standard WordPress environment using the standard Themes built into the core and are duly tested prior to release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond Majestic Support’s (www.MajesticSupport.com) responsibility. All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment. Furthermore, all downloads provided by Majestic Support are protected under international copyright laws and cannot be resold or distributed elsewhere. Doing so constitutes a violation of these laws.

Product descriptions

Majestic Support, www.MajesticSupport.com and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Majestic Support does not warrant that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Disputes
