Usually, the ticketing system allows unlimited tickets, which can cause massive traffic and gradually affect support services. The administrator can limit the user to creating a certain number of tickets by installing this add-on. The user can only create a certain number of tickets, which is set by the administrator. Admin can also set a number of tickets for agents to open at once.
Set number of tickets:
The options for configuring the maximum number of tickets for users and agents will be made available in the settings under the ticket settings after the add-on has been installed, and an admin can easily access the settings to configure the number of tickets to be created for users and the number of tickets to be opened for agents. A user won’t be able to create more tickets over the limit once the admin has set the limit.
