Ban Email

With Ban Email, you can limit a user's ability to create new tickets by blocking their email address

You can control access to your Majestic Support by adding end users’ email addresses to your block list. In this regard, the Ban Email feature is used to restrict the user from creating new tickets. You can ban any of the user’s emails with this add-on; however, the user will be unable to create new tickets.

Admins can simply ban any of the user’s emails to restrict him from creating new tickets. Furthermore, banned users cannot receive ticket replies and cannot respond to their tickets.

Add the email address to reject tickets from a certain sender by banning his email addresses.

Ban email by agents:
On the ticket detail page on the frontend side, agents can also ban any user’s emails with the press of a single button, and they can relax the ban at any time.
Users who have been banned can still access the client site but cannot generate tickets. A popup will show to prevent banned users from creating new tickets whenever they attempt to do so.
