Customers sometimes repeatedly ask the same questions. This add-on simplifies your life, and the Premade Response add-on cuts down on the time you spend on each ticket by answering in a single click. It enables you and your agent to create ready-made responses to the most common questions and use them later on with just one click.
After installing the add-on, the option to use pre-made responses will be available in the admin and agent dashboard menus. You will manage all of your premade responses here. Canned responses can be added, edited, or deleted at any time.
Agent
Agents can also add premade responses for tickets and insert them while responding to any ticket with a single click.

 

Finally, you can quickly include a canned response while handling a new ticket. It’s as simple as they come. You won’t ever type the same response repeatedly!
