Merging tickets refers to integrating two or more tickets into one. There are hundreds of tickets sent for assistance, some of which may be on the same subject and from the same end user regarding the same problem. It is a waste of time to provide support for every ticket with the same topic.
With this add-on, you may combine any two or more tickets that have the same topic and question to support everyone. An administrator can quickly combine any two tickets with the same topic by just hovering over the merge ticket button. This will free up time for another issue.
