An admin will easily enable the option of verifying the license on ticket creation with just one step from the settings.
The order number and the product license are two additional fields that the software licensing integration adds to the ticket submission form. An active and valid license key is required to submit a ticket, and the product licensing is validated at that time.
After clicking the order number, agents can see all of the order details. Your suppliers can also manage support tickets using the Frontend Submission integration, eliminating the requirement for a separate agent user account.
Activate the license keys and verify that they are valid and have not expired. If the license key you entered is expired or invalid, a support ticket for the product will not be created.
